ACts: How the church was planted

acts_final.jpeg

In the book of Acts, we read the incredible story about how over the course of 30 years, the gospel spread and the early church grew from 120 believers in a house in Jerusalem to thousands of believers across the known world. How does this happen? What were the markers of the early church that made the gospel spread so quickly? What were their rhythms and routines? What power did they have? What suffering did they face?

As we plant ourselves in the city of Charlotte some 2000+ years later, we want to spend time looking at this incredible story, asking the question: What can we learn as a new church plant from how the early church was planted?
